Start the day with a yoga class in the beautiful garden setting at the Sala Siam with the resident Yoga expert who learned the art from Tibetan monks. The 45-minute classes are held every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings at 8am. The yoga classes are designed for those who seek to develop balance, strength and flexibility as well as attain inner peace and tranquility.
